Step into a space of intentional care and connection with this three-part experience designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit.

We begin with a Gentle All-Levels Yoga Class—a mindful blend of movement and breathwork to release tension, improve circulation, and help you feel grounded and present.

Next, enjoy a Women’s Anonymous Sharing Circle, where authentic connection is fostered through heartfelt conversation in a safe and supportive setting. As we gather in sisterhood, you’ll be treated to individually curated charcuterie cups and refreshing drinks, adding a nourishing and luxurious touch to this circle of care and connection.

We’ll close with a deeply relaxing Hot Stone Therapy Sound Bath. Warm stones ease muscle tension while a meditative soundscape of crystal bowls, reiki drums, and chimes invites balance, release, and full-body restoration.
