Following the teaching, settle into stillness as you’re immersed in a soothing sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments designed to calm the nervous system and raise your energetic frequency.

Whether you’re new to Reiki or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers both education and energetic renewal in a safe, supportive space.
