Sausage Making Class
Sunday June 8th we will be rolling out our Sausage Making Classes again!
Class is from 12-4pm
Class includes:
� � 2 Beers or Drinks of your Choice
� � A light Lunch of Sandwiches & Salad
� take home 1 pound of each kind of sausage we make
Sweet Italian, Chorizo, Breakfast Patty’s & Bratwurst
We will start with a quick lesson on saftey and sanitation, a little bit about the history of sausage and off into the Food Fix Kitchen for a fun day of Charcuterie!
