Join us for a rejuvenating Sound Healing Guided Meditation Class with Mama Ruth on Thursday, May 15th at 6:30PM at Bishop State Community College in the advanced technology building. We have paired up the society of coltilda to focus on the mental health of black women in our community. 🧘‍♂️✨ Relax your mind and soothe your heart with this tranquil experience. Book your spot now!
