Fitness lovers unite! It is almost that time again! We had an amazing turn-out at last year's 🎊🏋️‍♂️ Gulf Coast Fitness Palooza 🏋️‍♂️🎉; let's keep that same energy for 2025!

Join us for a two-day, action-packed event featuring top instructors and fitness centers from around the city! 💃🏃‍♀️🤸‍♀️🚴 Whether you enjoy group classes, running, crossfit, or dance, MPRD Fitness has planned a full schedule of fitness disciplines to meet every need!

🌙 The fun kicks off Friday night (May 23) with Turn Up Dance Fitness with Annie "Fit" Wilson, Line Dancing with Tiffany Barnes and a Glow-in-the-Dark Fun Run!

☀️ Then join us Saturday morning for a variety of fitness showcases and live class demos! There will be Kid Zones set up for the littles on each day and health and wellness vendors will also be on site!
