About the event

Loch Ken Family Water Safety Day

Join us for a day of family fun and learning how to stay safe on and around the UNESCO Biosphere’s rivers, lochs and coast. There will be loads to do for all ages including rescue demonstrations, kids’ activities, free mini canoe tours and the chance to meet local branches of the emergency services. The event takes place in the village of Parton (in the field next to Loch Ken Holiday Park) between 11am-3pm on Tuesday 12th August 2025
