Need something to do this summer holiday that is not going to break the bank?
Worried the weather might not be up to being outside? (Need somewhere dry or cool!)
Want something that has an appeal to all age groups - to keep the grandparents and the children happy?
Why not come visit the Ross Baptist Church (RBC) and U3A Art Groups exhibition?
->Who are you?
Both U3A and RBC Art Groups are made up of amateur artists, who meet together to draw, paint, create and have a good chat while they are at it!
->What is it exactly?
It's an exhibition of some of the art produced in the last year in the U3A and RBC groups. There is a range of different abilities, but we want to give a space for everyone in our groups to feel comfortable to display their work and feel proud of what they have created.
There will be a range of art hung on the walls around the church and a display of art for 'The Egg Challenge'.
We have a 'Have-A-Go Table' where people of all ages can colour, paint and draw.
->How much?
Admission is completely free - and refreshments are available and also free!
Some of the art being exhibited will be up for sale, as well as mounted 'browsers' and cards - so if you want to take a piece of it home with you, you can!
->When and Where?
We will be open from Tuesday 5th August to Saturday 9th August, 10:30 am - 3:30 pm at the Ross Baptist Church - accessible from the main entrance on Broad Street.
We hope to see you then!
