Lets make the most of the warmer (I know its Scotland but still) weather and longer nights to enjoy our practice outdoors.
A relaxed mid-week refresher in nature. We will tailor the class each week depending on how participants are feeling. And maybe also the weather a bit,ifs its a bit chilly we might appreciate moving a bit faster to create heat, but if we are lucky some warmer nights might encourage the opposite too!
