Come and share 2 back-to-back evenings in an open, curious and supported space with Ana, Bikepacking Guide & Trail Therapy Practitioner - where there are no stupid questions.

Event Breakdown

• What is bikepacking? Is something holding you back? Let's get into barriers! What do you want to get out of these sessions? Ana is keen to steer the needs of these sessions to what you want to know. A big ol' discussion - supported with snacks and a cuppa. Did we mention free pizza!?

• Kit,Kit,Kit. Ana brings in her full set-up - bags,bike and all the kit she packs onto her bike. We'll cover tips on the essentials and must-haves on the trail. Bring on the frank chat about all things adventure. We will also be sampling the wonder of lightweight food on the go - thanks to LyoFood we will be supplying samples during these sessions

• For the love of logistics. We will get into route prep, maps, weather, resources and public transport options for you and your bike! We will round off with an insight into Ana's bikepacking guiding - Adventures with Ana, with lots of time for questions on the past sessions too.

Who is Ana?

Meet Ana - Bikepacking Guide, Trail Therapy Practitioner & Movement Director.

In all seasons - you will find Ana with a huge smile on her face, bikepacking through the highlands and islands of Scotland.. inclusive of snow, bog and river crossings! Ana is a multi-talented adventurer and has endless enthusiasm - with a background in Dance and Movement Direction, bikepacking is the catalyst for connecting cycling, creative movement and community.

Ana’s extensive self supported solo and group bikepacking expeditions have built her recognition for how life changing these journeys can be and celebrating the joy of individuality of our own journeys - naturally leading to her love for guiding and enthusiasm to share and support that empowering feeling - on and off the bike.

Ana loves all things landscapes, bikepacking, logistics and snacks.
