TGYF Yoga

TGYF Yoga is designed for Beginner to Intermediate yoga practitioners.
Variations are offered to accommodate each individual's level with an emphasis on correct alignment. Students will experience a combination of static poses for stabilizing muscles around the joints and meditative flowing sequences for increasing range of motion. Conscious breathing is coordinated with the movement to increase ease and well-being. Her light-hearted approach will add to the joy endorphins!

Instructor Marguerite Baca has over thirty-two years of teaching yoga under her belt. Let's just leave it at that. She's lived a dual life as an entertainer and was deemed the first female yoga comedian after performing at the Sedona Yoga Festival for three consecutive years. She's taught at hospitals, the military, and developed an award-winning after-school enrichment program for at-risk youth. She was a teacher for twenty-five years at the University of San Diego, where she taught a variety of classes, including the course she created, Meditation and Motivation. In 2024, she became the published author of Embody Fierce Joy: Ancient Secrets to Transform Approval-Seeking into Supernatural Boldness.
