YOGA for ALL! - 5weeks block

𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩, 𝙤𝙧 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙣 𝙩𝙤, 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙜𝙖 𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮?

I know joining a new class can be a bit scary. Rest assured you will be lovingly welcomed. Our classes are very small (8 people max) and run in blocks which means same group comes together each week, therefore as well as joining a yoga class you would also become a part of caring supportive yoga family.


Whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner or a complete beginner, you will always be encouraged to listen to the wisdom of your own body and honour where you are in your practise.


Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation.... and so much more!

Through the yoga journey with us, you will get to know yourself, explore your limitations, expand your boundaries, and arrive in a place of self-acceptance.
