Boulder Full Moon Women's Circle ✨

Women need spaces to come together and be our full selves - not just the “you” that shows up on work calls or at social engagements…the FULL you…with all your messiness, fears, and wild dreams.

You know the feeling of doing it all on your own…journaling alone in your room…speaking 1:1 with a therapist…maybe you do get up the courage every now and then to share with a friend what’s been on your heart. But you wish you could invite more of that deeply intentional connection into your life on a more regular basis.

Enter the Boulder Women’s Circle - a space to reflect on the messages and lessons present for you right now, share honestly with the group, and receive love + support.

Your story is unique, but your human experience is much like the rest of the women in the group - we all experience joy, grief, frustration, bliss, hope, anxiety. Sometimes the most profound healing comes from just showing up in your vulnerability to be seen as your whole self.

What you can expect in the circle:

• Guided meditation,
• Guided journaling + intention setting,
• Opportunity to share reflections,
• Support + empowerment from the group

There’s no “right” way to be in this space.

Show up with your celebrations!

Show up with your tears!
