About the event

Still Dancing | For people who prefer taking a little more time to move
Still Dancing is a weekly drop-in class ideal for older movers, or those seeking a gentle return from illness or injury.

Experienced teachers guide participants to explore and practice a broad range of movements at their own pace, standing or seated.

Supportive and social, Still Dancing classes will connect you with your community, boost your mood, and keep you moving for many years to come.

Classes have limited capacity. Registrations are essential.
