Breathwork, Guided Meditation and Acupressure to Transform Worry and Anxiety Class

Welcome to an incredible opportunity to settle in to a class where you will explore an ancient breathwork practice, guided meditation and learn acupressure points that you will immediately feel the benefits of.

This class will help you connect with the Dan Tians, important energy centres in Traditional Chinese medicine. You will learn to explore how to pulse the energy centers to activate and balance them. Working on these energy fields aids tremendously in improving cognitive function, balancing emotions, connecting to Divine wisdom, regulating the bowels, and optimizes the reproductive system and sexual function.

There will be chairs provided to do the practice. However, you are welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolster and/or meditation cushion. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing and bring water.

Please arrive 15 minutes early so that you have time to settle in, and avoid the rush right before a relaxation practice.
