🕘 SCHEDULE
  • Check-in starts at 8:30 AM

  • Class runs 9:00 AM–4:00pm

  • Exam runs approximately 4:00pm - 6:00pm. Most students are done by 5:30pm. Exam begins immediately after class


  • Please arrive by 8:45 AM so we can begin promptly.

  • Do I need to study beforehand? No studying is required—our training prepares you fully for the exam.
  • Can I complete this online? While online options exist, our in-person class is faster, more engaging, and significantly more effective.
  • Is this certification required? Yes, most states mandate that retail food establishments have at least one CFPM on staff.
  • Do I need to bring anything? Yes — a valid photo ID is required to take the exam. We recommend bringing a notebook and pen to take notes, a sweatshirt or something to keep warm, and a lunch if you don’t plan on eating out for lunch.
  • Will anything be printed?No. All materials are delivered digitally via email. You're welcome to print them at home if you'd like.
  • When do I receive the book?If you purchase the Book or Premium ticket, your ServSafe book will be provided in person at the class. This allows you to continue studying after the session ends.
  • Can I study in advance?Yes! Digital guides and Finley practice materials are sent via email immediately upon registration if you choose a ticket that includes them.
