SOL SESSIONS are about coming home to yourself, resetting the nervous system, and connecting with community.

A morning of mindfulness where you can immerse yourself in a blend of guided BREATHWORK, MEDITATION, ICEBATH, & OCEAN DIPS. Lap up the wholesome vibes, enjoy healthy time with family & friends, and make new, beautiful connections. Recharge your soul in the sun, fill your cup, and leave feeling refreshed with new energy for the week ahead!
