Since 2021, Katherine has led the design, implementation, and enhancement of Comlink's governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, successfully steering the organisation through significant industry reforms and multiple Aged Care Quality Audits.

In 2022, Katherine was selected for the coveted ACCPA Emerging Leaders Experience - an opportunity afforded to only 30 candidates nationwide.
