The 2025 Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb Opening Dinner will feature a 2 course meal prepared by guest chefs to be led by visiting Cambodia Chef Mengley Mork. The chefs will be showcasing Wunderbar Lamb and Four Leaf Milling Organic Flour. Plus there will be a glass of local award winning Reillys Wines on arrival.
This annual dinner is a highlight of the festival and this years keynote speaker is Liz Harfull international award-winning author. Plus you will enjoy the wonderful hospitality from the locals. All set in the refurbished Minatro Institute.
