• 7:30 AM – Hot Yoga ($30 drop-in): Sweat it out in a heated environment with a revitalizing flow.
• 9:00 AM – Sculpt & Flow ($30 drop-in): Build strength and flexibility in this dynamic fusion class.
• 10:30 AM – Restore ($30 drop-in): Relax and recharge with a calming, restorative session.
• 12:00 PM – Y6 Experience Sampler (FREE!): A special community class featuring fun playlists, uplifting movement, and a positive vibe.
