Back to Work Planning

This class will be unique & very individualized for those who attend as the goal will be to create a "back-to-work-plan" for you including a pumping/breastfeeding scheduling, ideas for milk storage, nutritional support, sleep rhythms, & overall encouragement as you make the transition from maternity leave to an equally as amazing working mom! If spots fill up, more dates/times may become available.
