About the event

Yoga @ E. Cedar Lake Beach - 3 nights/wk! - 3 Different Classes!
We are so excited to welcome back Yoga @ East Cedar Lake Beach starting Sunday, June 1st at 7:00pm and will run through August 31st!

We welcome back a handful of instructors from MOV, 612 Jungle, Hola Yoga and Highest Expression for a summer season of slow flow, flow and power flow. Three evenings each week with three different intensities of classes.

Please see the following for schedule:

Sundays @ 7pm - Slow Flow (Refresh, Recharge & Reconnect)
Tuesdays @ 7pm - Flow (Smooth Vinyasa with moderate intensity)
Thursdays @ 7pm - Power Flow (Challenge yourself & feel strong )
