Yin Yoga focuses on slow, mindful stretches to release tightness, improve flexibility, and foster balance. With long-held poses, Yin Yoga helps bring relaxation and balance to both body and mind.
Complimentary yoga mats and props are available at the studio.
Instructions:
1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Use the keypad outside to be let in.
2. Use the restroom ahead of time.
3. Plan to stay the entire hour; leaving early may cause distraction to others.
4. Turn off your phone.
Waiver Requirement: All adults must submit a signed waiver during online registration. Please review and complete it at the time of registration.
