DOBMPLS will start lining up at 9am as you arrive. PLEASE be at lineup by 10:30 am. they will start closing off streets to lineup early.
612-205-3640 you can register day of parade or pre-register by email will be sent out soon for the SAP form & copy o proof of Insurance as well.
