Music in the Parks: Listen to Girls

Since 1892, Music in the Parks has provided residents and families opportunities to gather and enjoy local music throughout the summer. Since its inception thousands of free concerts have taken place. Concerts are weekly and vary from classic rock, hip hop, international, funk and many more genres of music.

This week at Bryant Square Park we are hosting Listen to Girls, an all female folk group. "Listen to Girls is an all-female alternative folk group, covering artists from Dolly Parton to Pheobe Bridgers. This group features vocal harmonies, driving rhythm guitar, and (mostly tasteful) banjo riffs. "Two sisters and a friend, we are a urban farmer, social worker and environmental writer. In the two years we've been together, we've become a new mom, an aspiring song writer and the girl writing this."
