interim officials first meeting

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen,

I am pleased to announce that our association's activities will resume in August. As part of the preparations, our interim officials will convene meetings on the second and last Sundays of the month. These meetings will focus on finalizing agendas and making necessary arrangements for our inaugural meeting.
