AUTUMN IS BAKING WEATHER!

Have you never used a sourdough culture? Never kneaded and shaped a bread? Then this class is for YOU! We’ll go through the process step by step. We’ll take a look at what a fully active starter looks like -- because you'll pick up Bernadett's special starter before class.

We’ll mix up a dough so you can see how easy it can be. We’ll cover simple shaping techniques. We’ll talk about all the different goodies you can prepare with your starter.
