First FAO Global Exhibition: From Seeds to Foods 🌱
10–13 October | Parco di Porta Capena, Rome
In collaboration with Rome Municipality and with free entry to the public, the exhibition will be a unique opportunity to explore the spectrum of value chains - from field crops and horticulture to livestock, forestry and fisheries.
Since 1945, FAO has worked with countries around the world to build better agrifood systems, helping feed a global population that has more than tripled over the past 80 years.
This milestone event, part of the celebrations for #FAO80, will highlight how centuries-old practices and current technologies offer new perspectives and solutions for the transformation of global agrifood systems. It is guided by FAO’s vision of Better Production, Better Nutrition, a Better Environment, and a Better Life — leaving no one behind. Come see how the journey – from seeds to foods - has unfolded thus far and be part of charting the path forward.
