On Saturday morning, September 6, from 10:00 – 11:00am, author and adventurer Tami Force will speak on her upcoming book "In the Shadow of the Sierra: Ghost Towns & Historical Sites of the Eastern Sierra" and share some of her ghost town adventures.
Force will cover a variety of locations and history from the first non-natives to enter Carson Valley, and ghost towns where many sites are close enough to visit on day trips.
This event is free for all to attend.
Please bring your own seating. During all events, no pets are allowed - certified service animals only. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Guests are welcome to bring snacks and beverages, as no food or beverages will be sold at these events. All events are held outdoors.
