The Beer Keep - An Iterative Brew Series - Second Tasting

The second round of beers have been brewed and it's time for the second tasting!

We invite you to participate in the latest iteration of our pilot program, formally "Klub Kolsch & Klub Kombat" - The Beer Keep. Through this program you have the opportunity to help develop a SMASH Lager that will be brewed commercially.

At this second tasting event you will taste all the different homebrews. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback as well as hear from the brewers about what changes they have made and their process. This event is open to the public and FREE for member-owners! ($10 for non-members)

Brewing is as much about tending to a cellar full of beer as it is about brew days themselves. In many ways, brewers guard their cellar from unwanted pathogens, by keeping it clean, cold and collected. More work is done to "keep" beer fresh than probably anything else.
