Solstice Rooftop Flow: Soak in the Light

Honor the light. Move with intention. Celebrate the season.

Join us as we flow beneath the open sky to celebrate the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year and a powerful time to reconnect with your inner light. This sunset rooftop yoga class invites you to soak in the golden hour and move through a sun-inspired vinyasa flow designed to awaken, energize, and align.

We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and move into an all-levels flow that embodies the vibrant energy of summer. Expect expansive movement, space to set intentions, and a restorative closing as the sun dips below the horizon.

🌼 In honor of the solstice, a portion of all proceeds will be donated to The Longest Day through the Alzheimer’s Association, supporting care, advocacy, and research for those affected by Alzheimer’s. This class is an opportunity to move with purpose—shining light for a cause that impacts so many.

We’ll also have a donation station at the event where you can make an additional gift to the Alzheimer’s Association. Every person who donates on-site will be entered into a special giveaway as a thank-you for your generosity, or follow the link below to donate ahead of time.
