Sankofa Healing Drum Circle

The Sankofa Healing Drum Circle is a welcoming wellness space grounded in rhythm, learning, and community connection. Each session includes gentle instruction as we teach the rhythms together, making this experience accessible for beginners and enriching for experienced drummers alike. You are invited to bring your own drum or use one of ours. There is no pressure to perform—only an opportunity to relax, release stress, and support your well-being through rhythm, movement, and shared energy. Come as you are and engage at your own comfort level.
