This class sequence begins with stress-releasing shapes and movements and builds up to balancing and strength building poses. Class is bookended with stretches.

In addition to traditional yoga classes, we offer a variety of creative and inclusive wellness experiences—including cannabis-friendly yoga, clothing-optional yoga, and other thoughtfully curated events designed to support holistic well-being.
