DESCRIPTION:
4:30 pm Full Moon Lunar Yoga Flow
Jessica Hope will lead an all-levels lunar sequence yoga flow! Expect a strong focus on breathwork and alignment in this slow flow.

5:30 pm Full Moon Sound Bath
Adagio Sound Healing Therapy (Bernard and David) guides an intuitive sound session under the full moon. Sound is beneficial in resetting the energies of the body, mind, and soul, but combining both allows for a full, well-rounded reset.

Registration required
Bring a refillable water bottle and yoga mat
Wearing layers is recommended.
Pillow + blanket for sound bath optional
