Meditation Class: Peace in Uncertain Times

How can we find inner peace and a positive mind when our times appear so troubled? If we learn to investigate and understand our mind through contemplation and meditation, we can learn how to view ourselves, others and the world differently so that we can be peaceful even in the most challenging times.

In addition to understanding the nature and function of our mind and how it has the capacity to create a world of peace or a troubled environment we will explore the book How to Solve Our Human Problems by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

These weekly Monday classes are led by Gen Dorje, a Buddhist monk and the resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Madison. Classes include teaching & guided meditation.
