The Queer Care MKE: Behavioral Health Series is a free monthly seminar designed to support the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of the Black queer community in Milwaukee. Through education, open discussions, and access to resources, the series aims to empower participants to prioritize their health while navigating the unique challenges faced by the Black LGBTQIA+ community.

November: "Navigating Trauma: Healing from Racial and Sexual Identity-Based Harm"
Explore the impact of trauma related to identity and systemic oppression, with tools for healing and building resilience.
December: "Self-Care Strategies: Cultivating Mental and Emotional Well-being"
Learn self-care practices, from mindfulness to meditation, tailored for the Black queer experience.
January: "Building Resilience: Thriving Amidst Adversity"
Focusing on developing personal strength and resilience in the face of societal and personal challenges.
