About the event

Art Works for Water: Global Water Dances
Be part of an multinational, community event that happens at water-related sites around the world on a single day every other year. Global Water Dances raises awareness about water issues and celebrates water through movement to inspire action and collaboration to heal our common waters.

Come to Rose Park to enjoy activities for all ages, visit tables from local organizations and learn water dances from 1-4 pm. The Global Water Dance begins at 3 pm.

The planning team includes Dance Circus, Milwaukee Water Commons and Solomon Community Temple United Methodist Church. Join us for a beautiful action on behalf of our waters.
