Aromatherapy and Restorative Yoga for Joy with Mary S

Submerge yourself in joy through an evening of aromatherapy, restorative yoga, and meditation guided by Mary Steskal on July 19th at 6pm.
In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore postures resonating with the fire element, which tap into our heart and small intestine meridian lines, and connect us to a deeper sense of love and clarity.

Postures will be held for up to ten minutes to encourage deep cellular healing, and they will be accompanied by curated essential oils. Colors, patterns and memories can be recalled through this powerful healing practice.

This practice may not be suitable for pregnancy.
