Leo New Moon Meditation Circle w/ Elizabeth Bogart

A monthly meditation ceremony honoring the energy of the New Moon and setting intentions for the month ahead. We'll begin each session breaking down the "astrological weather" of the moment. This class includes breathwork, somatic movement, kundalini meditation, journaling, and a juicy relaxation with reiki. Participants are encouraged (but not required) to bring crystals or any other items to add to the community altar. There will be optional communi-tea time at the end of each session for those who want to pull tarot/oracle cards. We have blankets and bolsters, but bring anything else you need in order to get cozy.
