A Crayon Costume Party at Boswell Book Company

Boswell Book Company presents a very special Crayon Costume Party for the release of The Day the Crayons Made Friends by Drew Daywalk and Oliver Jeffers. We'll have a visit from the one and only Blue Crayon, a star of the Crayon books.

The latest Crayon book is coming – it’s The Day the Crayons Made Friends, and Boswell is celebrating with a crayon costume party in the store. We’ll have a special storytime reading of the brand-new book, plus lots of opportunities to get great photos with a Crayons costume character. Attendees can also help color a giant poster full of hilarious Crayons art and take part in other fun activities perfect for sparking community and imagination. Great for ages 4 and up.

The Crayons are back for another adventure - and this time they explore Duncan's room. Will they want to leave the crayon box for good after they make new friends? Duncan’s crayons just can’t seem to stay put! After convincing one group of crayons to go back to work after they wanted to quit and rescuing another group who got lost in the most inconvenient places, Duncan’s crayons have disappeared once more. This is another clever and hilarious tale that will keep children - and grown-ups - laughing.
