2025 Wisconsin Youth Piano Competition

Join us for the 2025 Wisconsin Youth Piano Competition, featuring Wisconsin pianists aged 10 - 16.

Competition jury members Elena Abend, Michael Rector, and Diana Shapiro, along with their musical duo partners, will perform a concert on Friday, June 13 at 7:00 pm with the program, ”Creative Partners".

The concert will be followed by six semifinalists performing the first movements of their concertos with a second pianist playing the orchestral reductions on Sunday, June 15 at 1:00 pm. The jury will advance three of the pianists to the final round scheduled for Monday, June 16 at 3:00 pm. The winner will perform for a 2026 MSO Youth Concert.

The concert is $15 at the door. The competition is free. All events take place at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, 1584 North Prospect Avenue, Milwaukee.
