Join Kerry Ann and Sara for a night of Sound bowl healing matched with a yoga practice. Class will be a mix of restorative yoga poses, slow flow yoga, reiki, hands on healing, and breathe work. The vibrations of sound and practice will connect and reground the practioner. Come heal with us.
