You’ll learn how to cultivate calm, presence, and stillness - unlocking your natural qualities of compassion, wisdom, and strength 🌟 These skills will support you to meet life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.

👨‍🏫 Your Instructor
Ben Adcock has studied under Tibetan Buddhist Master Lama Choedak Rinpoche for over 25 years. He has taught Calm Abiding Meditation for two decades in a wide range of settings - from our centre to schools, workplaces, and clinical environments. 🧘‍♂️📚
