Our 8-week Calm Abiding Meditation course is an opportunity to reconnect with your inner peace amidst the pace of everyday life.
Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your existing practice, these courses provide a supportive space to slow down, breathe deeply, and cultivate calm. With options to attend in-person or via Zoom, you can choose the way that suits you best.
Each session will gently guide you through meditation practices that build clarity, presence, and resilience - tools for both the cushion and daily life.
