Join us for a special evening honouring the legendary Guru Karaikudi R. Mani on what would have been his 80th birthday. One of the greatest mridangam maestros of our time, Mani Sir’s genius revolutionised Carnatic percussion.
This tribute concert features two special segments, and we are honoured to host leading international artists from India, widely celebrated as some of the foremost performers of this generation.
1. A Thundering Thaniavarthanam Concert
A rhythmic showcase featuring four of Mani Sir’s senior disciples on mridangam:
Shree Sundarkumar, Kunnakudi M. Balamuralikrishna, and the Sai Brothers (Sai-Nivaeithan & Sai-Sarangan Ravichandhira).
2. A Grand Carnatic Concert
