Kayaking 101

Do you want to gain the skills and confidence to kayak this summer? Tennessee State Parks and the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency are teaming up with paddlesports leaders across the state to provide an affordable kayaking 101 course during National Safe Boating Week.

On Saturday, May 17th, volunteer instructors certified by the American Canoe Association will teach you the basics of kayaking for only $15. This is a great deal since these classes typically cost anywhere between $50 and $100. There are only 15 slots per class, so register soon!
