Journey Meditation with Sound

Come join us for an evening of deep relaxation and rejuvenation with a guided immersive meditation session with sound.
Let go of stress and tension as you are gently guided into a state of total calm.

This therapeutic practice (also known as Yoga Nidra) is designed to connect with your subconscious mind and promote deep relaxation and harmony. This session allows you to access your delta brainwaves, which are responsible for the healing and restoration that happens in your body during deep sleep.

~ Reclining zero gravity chairs will be provided for your comfort. Please bring any additional items such as blankets and/or eye mask.
