👩⚕️ Dr. Kristina Hanson from Uplift Pelvic Health will lead an interactive 60-minute workshop, guiding you through breath work, pelvic floor exercises, and live demonstrations to help you connect with and strengthen your core from the ground up. A 15-minute Q&A and optional appointment scheduling will follow.
💉 Heather Darling, FNP-BC, IFMCP from Fika Infusion + Wellness will share how functional medicine can help uncover the root causes of symptoms like fatigue, stress, and gut issues—and offer practical steps for lasting wellness. She’ll also be offering complimentary B12 shots to all attendees!
