Hands On: Tiramisu (Tiramisu Fest Edition)

About this Class:

It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, our Scuola Chef shows you how to assemble our Tiramisu. You’ll then dive right in to assembling your own Tiramisu to take home. In celebration of our Tiramisu Fest, our chef will make Eataly's newest tiramisu flavors for you to taste!

About this Dish: While thought to be a classic Italian dessert, Tiramisù only dates back to the 1960’s. Espresso-soaked ladyfingers are layered with sweet mascarpone cream and then dusted with cocoa powder. In this class, you’ll assemble the Tiramisù from prepared ingredients

In this Class You Will:

• Learn about the traditions and culture of Tiramisù

• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make a variety of Tiramisù flavors

• Assemble Classic Tiramisù by hand

• Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, welcome Prosecco and a tiramisu flight  prepared by our Chef.
