Alzheimer’s Association Mini-Conference and Info Session

Join the Alzheimer’s Association, Catholic Charities, Dutchess County Office for Aging, and Sun River Health for a mini-conference and listening session on Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and memory loss.

Learn about Healthy Living for Your Brain & Body and recent research updates while enjoying light refreshments and drinks.

You’re invited to share your experience with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia and discuss how the Alzheimer’s Association and our community partners can best serve the local community. Together, we can help enhance care and support resources for those facing the disease.

Space is limited and registration is required through the Alzheimer’s Association at 800-272-3900. The registration deadline is Friday, September 5.
