Paper quilling, also known as filigree, is an art form that has been practiced since the early 15th century. It features curled and shaped paper strips assembled to create beautiful designs and artwork. In this beginner-friendly workshop, instructor Grace Burns will introduce you to the basics of quilling equipment and techniques and guide you through creating a finished piece of your very own. All supplies provided. This program is for ages 18 and up.
